Visalia Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Visalia sits 45 miles south of Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) along Highway 99 — and for most groups flying in or out of the region, FAT is the main gateway. Getting 15 or 20 people through baggage claim and sorted into multiple rideshares on the arrivals curb is a coordination headache that a single shuttle bus cuts out entirely.
At Fresno Yosemite International Airport (5175 E Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA 93727), charter buses and shuttles use the designated commercial ground transportation lanes on the arrivals level. Have the whole group together with luggage before calling for the bus — the FAT curb moves quickly, and pulling up before everyone is assembled means circling. Review the official FAT ground transportation page for current pickup instructions before you land.
Visalia Municipal Airport (VIS) handles limited regional service, and a private shuttle there is a straightforward curb pickup. For groups flying into Bakersfield's Meadows Field (BFL) about 60 miles south on Highway 99, a charter bus covers that run as well. Call 559-900-0960 to line up your Visalia area airport shuttle!

Visalia Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Downtown Visalia's Main Street scene has grown into a solid evening itinerary — wine bars, craft cocktail spots, and restaurant patios that stay active well past dinner. The catch is that Visalia's downtown grid has metered parking that fills before 8pm on a Friday, and coordinating 15 people across two or three stops in separate cars means someone always ends up splitting off from the group.
A party bus puts everyone together from the first stop to the last. The crew loads up at one location, moves through Main Street stops without anyone splitting a rideshare between venues, and ends the night without anyone having to be the designated driver.
If the group wants to extend the night north to Fresno — the larger bar scene in the Tower District and Fulton Street corridor is about 45 minutes up Highway 99 — the bus handles that run too. For Visalia bachelorette party transportation, call 559-900-0960!

Visalia Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Visalia and the greater Tulare County area have a large, active quinceañera and Sweet 16 market, and a party bus arrival is one of the most memorable ways to begin that celebration. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are a great fit — you can often request specific exterior colors to match your theme, and the onboard bar, LED lighting, and sound system mean the party starts from the moment the group boards.
Whether the celebration is heading to a banquet hall in Visalia or Tulare, starting with a photo stop somewhere meaningful before the reception, or heading out for a milestone birthday dinner downtown, Clovispartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find a bus that fits the group size and the budget. Instead of asking guests to drive themselves across town and hunt for parking, one bus handles pickup, drop-off, and navigation across Tulare County.
Use the online quote tool to check availability, or call 559-900-0960 to talk through the details!

Visalia Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Fox Theatre at 308 W Main St is Visalia's main downtown performance space — a restored 1930 art deco theater with about 1,200 seats and a year-round calendar of concerts, comedy, and performing arts. On a popular show night, metered parking on Main Street and the surrounding blocks on Acequia and Center fills before the doors open, and the walk from distant spots feels longer once the show gets out.
A party bus found through Clovispartybuscompany.com solves that: your group boards together, rides together, and gets dropped at the Fox Theatre entrance while everyone else is still looking for a space. Check the official Fox Theatre Visalia website for upcoming shows and box office details.
When the show is bigger than the Fox can hold — stadium-level acts at Save Mart Center in Fresno, outdoor concerts at the Rotary Amphitheater at Woodward Park — the 45-mile run north on Highway 99 is exactly where a party bus pays for itself. Your group rides up together and skips the post-show rideshare surge entirely. For Visalia concert transportation, call 559-900-0960!

Visalia Corporate Event Transportation
The Visalia Convention Center (303 E Acequia Ave) handles meetings, trade shows, and corporate banquets for groups across Tulare County. Getting 40 or 50 employees from a hotel block to the Convention Center and back without expecting everyone to drive separately — and park separately, on metered downtown streets — is exactly the kind of problem a minibus or charter bus solves in one booking.
The biggest corporate transportation moment in this part of the Valley happens every February in Tulare: the World Ag Expo at the International Agri-Center (4500 S Laspina St, Tulare, CA 93274). The largest outdoor agricultural exposition in the world draws more than 100,000 visitors over three days. Parking fills every lot within a mile, Highway 99 between Visalia and Tulare backs up for miles on expo mornings, and rideshare availability south of Visalia thins out fast.
A charter bus gets your trade group or association to the Agri-Center entrance in a single coordinated arrival while everyone else is still gridlocked on Laspina Street. For Visalia corporate shuttle quotes, call 559-900-0960!

Visalia Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a large group outing in the San Joaquin Valley? A Visalia private charter bus or party bus keeps your itinerary flowing without the coordination headache of a multi-car convoy.
Family reunions are a natural fit — Mooney Grove Park, with its 124 acres of picnic space and the Tulare County Museum on site, is a popular gathering spot for large extended families in the valley. A charter bus runs the whole group from a central hotel to the park entrance without anyone getting lost navigating West Mooney Boulevard for the first time. Corporate retreats, church group outings, and milestone celebrations at local event spaces all benefit from one bus, one pickup, one predictable rate.
The International Agri-Center in Tulare hosts industry events and trade shows beyond the World Ag Expo throughout the year. A private bus for a trade group visiting the Agri-Center gets your team in the door together while the parking lot works itself out for everyone else. For large-scale events, booking several weeks ahead is the right move.

Visalia Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Visalia Unified School District — serving Mt. Whitney, Golden West, El Diamante, Redwood, and Sequoia High Schools — runs April through May, with multiple schools scheduling proms across a compressed six-week window. That concentration of demand in a smaller market means party buses in the area book out well ahead of the season.
For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing or no availability come March.
A typical prom rental for 20–30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at Mooney Grove Park, venue drop-off, and an after-party return — gives you a sense of how the evening flows. To give you a planning range: booking four to six months ahead generally runs $1,600–$2,200 all-inclusive for a mid-size party bus, while last-minute March bookings run significantly higher when options are thin.
Clovispartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare buses side-by-side, confirm your pickup plan, and keep prom night on schedule. Call 559-900-0960 or check Visalia prom party bus options now!

Visalia School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and administrators in Tulare County will find Clovispartybuscompany.com a quick way to line up field trip transportation — one form, multiple vehicle options, all-inclusive pricing. No juggling parent carpools, no worrying about parking at venues that weren't designed for 40 vehicles arriving at once.
For local field trips, Mooney Grove Park (27000 W Mooney Blvd, Visalia) and the Kaweah Oaks Preserve on the eastern edge of Visalia are popular natural destinations for younger students. For a longer day trip, the Sequoia National Park visitor areas along Highway 198 are roughly 50 miles east of downtown — a charter bus on that mountain route keeps the group together in a way a caravan of parent vehicles simply can't.
For STEM, history, or cultural programs in Fresno — the Chukchansi Park area, Fresno Chaffee Zoo, or the Discovery Center — a school bus on Highway 99 keeps the group together from parking lot to return trip. ADA-accessible vehicles are available; just mention it when you request your quote. Call 559-900-0960 for school field trip transportation options!

Visalia Sporting Event Transportation
The Visalia Rawhide play at Valley Strong Ballpark (440 N Giddings St, Visalia, CA 93291), the city's Single-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, running an April-through-September schedule with Friday night fireworks games that fill the lot quickly. Street parking along the surrounding blocks on Giddings Street fills up on popular summer nights, and when a fireworks game is on the schedule, the postgame exit backs up the surrounding residential streets for 20 minutes or more.
A party bus or minibus gets your fan group to the gate together, then picks everyone up at the curb after the final out — no circling back for the car, no postgame gridlock. Check the official Rawhide schedule for current game dates and theme nights.
When the game in town isn't enough — playoff baseball at Chukchansi Park in Fresno, a Bulldogs football game at Valley Children's Stadium, or a big night at Selland Arena — the bus runs the group 45 miles north on Highway 99 and back with the tailgate energy going the whole way. For Visalia sporting event transportation, call 559-900-0960!

Visalia Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Visalia wedding shuttle keeps travel smooth between hotel blocks, ceremony venues, and reception spaces across Tulare County. Planning the big day is complicated enough — instead of asking guests to navigate Visalia's street grid in unfamiliar territory after dark, a reserved shuttle handles pickup, drop-off, and timing across the whole event.
If your reception is at a venue on the east side of Visalia, out toward Exeter, or in the hills toward Three Rivers, guests staying at hotels near the Convention Center or on Mineral King Avenue can board at one pickup point instead of eight cars trying to find a venue address on an unfamiliar back road. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for the bridal party on the wedding day itself, while a 15-35 passenger minibus handles the guest shuttle loops between hotel and venue.
Because Clovispartybuscompany.com keeps the process upfront — you lock in the details, confirm pickup windows, and get one clear quote from the start — your wedding timeline doesn't have to bend around transportation surprises. For Visalia wedding transportation quotes, call 559-900-0960!

Visalia Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Visalia area is closer to good wine country than most people realize. Lemon Hill Wine Estate sits near Exeter, about 15 miles east of downtown Visalia, and makes a natural first stop on a Central Valley wine tour. The Cutler and Orosi areas to the southeast have additional vineyards tucked among citrus orchards and fig groves — smaller operations where parking is limited and calling ahead is always a good idea.
A Visalia winery tour bus means your group travels between stops together without anyone sitting out of the tastings. No designated driver rotation, no convoy of cars trying to stay together on two-lane roads through the foothills. The bus parks at each property, your group tastes, and then moves on when everyone is ready.
For a full day through the Sierra Nevada foothills wine corridor — the Shenandoah Valley AVA near Plymouth is about two and a half hours north — a charter bus handles the mountain highways and keeps the whole group together through multiple stops. Call 559-900-0960 to put your winery tour route together!

Can a charter bus drive to Sequoia National Park?
Smaller vehicles like Sprinter vans and minibuses can generally access the park via Highway 198 and reach most visitor areas. However, the Generals Highway inside the park has vehicle length restrictions on certain sections — the winding stretch near the Giant Forest is the primary consideration for larger vehicles. Check current size and weight limits on the official NPS SEKI driving page before booking, and mention your Sequoia destination when requesting your quote so the right vehicle size is matched to the trip.
Where do buses pick up at Fresno Yosemite International Airport?
Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) is the main regional airport serving the Visalia area, about 45 miles north on Highway 99. Charter buses and shuttles use the designated commercial ground transportation lanes on the arrivals level. Gather your full group and all luggage before calling for pickup, as the curb moves quickly at FAT.
Review the official FAT ground transportation page before you land to confirm current pickup locations and any terminal-specific instructions.
What bus size works best for a downtown Visalia night out?
For a bar crawl or restaurant night through downtown Visalia, a 15-20 passenger minibus or 25-passenger party bus is usually the most practical fit. A minibus is easier to stage near Main Street and Acequia Avenue stops, while a party bus brings the onboard bar, LED lighting, and sound system that keep the energy up between venues. Group size is usually the deciding factor — call 559-900-0960 to find the right match.
Popular Visalia Party Bus Destinations
A Visalia party bus itinerary can take your group to the Fox Theatre on Main Street, Valley Strong Ballpark for a summer Rawhide game, the mountains above Highway 198, or the Agri-Center in Tulare for a major industry expo. Here are six popular Visalia party bus destinations to help start your planning.

Fox Theatre Visalia
The Fox Theatre (308 W Main St, Visalia, CA 93291) is a restored 1930 art deco theater that serves as downtown Visalia's main performance venue, with roughly 1,200 seats and a year-round calendar of concerts, comedy, and performing arts. On a popular show night, metered parking on Main Street and the blocks along Acequia and Center fills before the doors even open, and the city parking structure on Court Street fills quickly. A party bus drops your group at the Main Street entrance and waits nearby, so when the show ends, everyone boards together instead of scattering across six different parking blocks.
Check upcoming events on the official Fox Theatre Visalia website.
Address: 308 W Main St, Visalia, CA 93291

Valley Strong Ballpark (Visalia Rawhide)
Valley Strong Ballpark (440 N Giddings St, Visalia, CA 93291) is home to the Visalia Rawhide, the Single-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, playing an April-through-September schedule with Friday night fireworks games that pack the surrounding blocks. Street parking along Giddings and the adjacent residential streets fills early on popular game nights, and the postgame exit after fireworks backs up traffic for 20 minutes or more. A party bus or minibus gets your fan group to the gate together and picks everyone up at the curb after the final out — no hunting for the car in the dark.
Check the official Rawhide schedule for theme nights and fireworks dates.
Address: 440 N Giddings St, Visalia, CA 93291

Sequoia National Park
Sequoia National Park is accessed from Visalia via Highway 198 east, with the Ash Mountain park entrance roughly 47 miles from downtown. The two-lane highway climbs through Three Rivers and into the park, where the Generals Highway winds toward the Giant Forest, the General Sherman Tree, and Moro Rock. Between Potwisha Campground and the Giant Forest Museum, vehicles over 22 feet are discouraged and anything over 40 feet is prohibited — check current limits on the official NPS SEKI driving page before booking a large vehicle for this route.
A minibus or Sprinter van is typically the right fit for a Sequoia group day trip. Build your itinerary around the Crystal Cave tour, Moro Rock, and Crescent Meadow for a full day in the mountains.
Address: Ash Mountain Entrance, Highway 198, Three Rivers, CA 93271

Visalia Convention Center
The Visalia Convention Center (303 E Acequia Ave, Visalia, CA 93291) is the primary meeting and event facility for Tulare County, handling corporate conferences, association events, and banquets year-round. Parking around the Convention Center and adjacent downtown blocks is a mix of metered street spaces and a city parking structure that fills faster than most first-time visitors expect during a multi-day conference. A shuttle loop from nearby hotel properties — on Mineral King Avenue and Airport Drive — to the Convention Center entrance means your conference attendees aren't circling downtown at 8am before the general session.
A minibus handles most conference shuttle circuits well; a full-size charter bus makes sense when the headcount climbs above 35. Call 559-900-0960!
Address: 303 E Acequia Ave, Visalia, CA 93291

International Agri-Center (World Ag Expo), Tulare
The International Agri-Center in Tulare (4500 S Laspina St, Tulare, CA 93274) hosts the World Ag Expo every February — consistently recognized as the largest outdoor agricultural exposition in the world, drawing more than 100,000 visitors over three days from across California, the nation, and internationally. The 2027 event runs February 9-11, so book bus transportation well before that window if your group is heading down. Highway 99 between Visalia and Tulare backs up for miles on expo mornings, surface streets in Tulare fill completely, and parking on the Agri-Center grounds charges per-vehicle entry.
A charter bus arrives at the Agri-Center entrance in one coordinated trip, with designated space for oversized vehicles on site. The complex also hosts other agricultural and commodity industry events throughout the year. Check the official World Ag Expo website for your event date and current access details.
Address: 4500 S Laspina St, Tulare, CA 93274

Mooney Grove Park
Mooney Grove Park (27000 W Mooney Blvd, Visalia, CA 93277) is a Tulare County-operated park on the western edge of Visalia, home to the Tulare County Museum and a replica of the “End of the Trail” sculpture — one of the most reproduced works of American art. The park has multiple group picnic shelters available for reservation, walking paths, a pond, and open lawn space that makes it a natural destination for family reunions, school picnics, and large group gatherings. Parking is available within the park grounds.
A charter bus or minibus gets the whole group from a central hotel to the park entrance without coordinating a 12-car convoy on West Mooney Boulevard. Visit the official Tulare County Parks page for shelter reservations and current access information.
Address: 27000 W Mooney Blvd, Visalia, CA 93277
